Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your local authority.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Alex & Sara is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If a package is lost during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will help resolve the issue.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
If an item is marked as pre-order or made-to-order, a longer processing time may apply.

Multiple Items in One Order
Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on stock availability.
You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to our warehouse.
