Returns Policy — Alex & Sara

Eligible orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.


Full Priced items are eligible for a change-of-mind refund, exchange, or gift voucher. If you purchase a full-priced item using a promotional code, it is still considered eligible for a refund. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, unless deemed faulty.

Markdown/Sale Items with a strike-through price can be returned for a change-of-mind exchange or gift voucher only, unless deemed faulty. Items must be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible.

Final Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, size exchanges, style exchanges, or gift vouchers, unless deemed faulty.

Made-To-Order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, size exchanges, style exchanges, or gift vouchers, unless deemed faulty.

All online returns must be lodged and approved via our Alex & Sara Returns Centre. Failure to do so may result in processing delays or the order being returned to you.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for gift vouchers or certain accessories such as face masks, shoe care, hats, watches, or jewellery, unless deemed faulty.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed faulty by our team. For customers based in the United States using our provided returns label, $10.00 will be deducted from the refund.

If you believe your item is faulty, please lodge your request through our alex & sara Returns Centre or contact us in writing at support@alexandsara.com (change to your actual email).

Please note: Sale and Final Sale items may not arrive in new condition. Only Sale and Final Sale items with a major manufacturing fault can be returned for a refund.
